No need to worry about where to dine, we have you covered from breakfast on your first morning through lunch on your last day. You work up an appetite after a day of skiing, so we take our food seriously. Our chefs prepare delicious and diverse foods which will be sure to impress. Everything is made from “scratch” – our culinary team’s goal is to make your dining experience as extraordinary and memorable as your helicopter skiing experience.

Alcohol is not included, but is available for purchase at our full service bar. We have an extensive and diverse selections of craft beers on tap, over 1,000 bottles in our wine collection, and our spirits range from Fireball to Macallan 25. Let our bartender fix you a homemade infused martini, pour a cold Alaskan brewed craft beer, or suggest the perfect wine pairing with your dinner.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

- Breakfast is a continental buffet and so much more, but this is not your typical buffet. Breakfast might include items like homemade pastries, pancakes, eggs benedict, reindeer sausage and french toast… It will always include the go-to items such as greek yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. Our yummy breakfast will fuel you for the day!
- Lunch is in the field and consists of homemade soups, sandwiches, desserts and hot chocolate.
- Dinner will cap off another stunning day of skiing and snowboarding. Our chefs serve modern cuisine and have a flair for presentation. You can expect amazing salad starters, the finest cuts of meat, local favorites (such as Alaskan salmon, king crab and halibut), fresh vegetables and homemade breads. Dinner will be capped off with a spectacular handcrafted dessert.
